Feature & Follow #18

Alison Can Read Feature & Follow

This is a meme hosted every Friday by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read, where book bloggers answer a question each week and check out how others answered it. It's a cool way for bloggers and viewers to connect and learn more about each other!

Follow by RSS or Bloglovin' is preferred :)

Q: The #FF is 150 weeks old! And we want to hear from you! What would you change about the hop? What do you like about it? Or just suggest a question to be used for next week!

Oh my! 150 weeks already?! Only been doing this for 18 xD I wouldn't change anything, I quite like it the way it is. I do have a question, don't know if it's been done already. What is your top pet peeve in a book? The one that makes you mark it DNF?

Any suggestions of your own?

  1. Hopping through. I don't have any particular auto-DNF. Maybe just a book being boring.

    Thanks for participating in FF!

  3. Definitely too many characters or lengthy paragraphs. My mind tends to drift somewhere else by then!

  7. New GFC follower dropping in to say hi! :)

Very good question! I'm generally turned off by insta-love and love triangles, but there are always exceptions to the rule!

  8. I can somewhat deal with insta-love but love triangles are a big nono. But like you said there are some exceptions. Thanks for the follow!

  11. I actually don't mind those as long as the characters are solid ones and the descriptions don't bog down the plot.

  12. Thanks for the follows. Always good to cover all the bases. They should just take GFC off so people aren't stuck with uncertainty for so long.
